Yummy Vegan Mexico Cheese
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water (more to your desired consistency)
- 1 cup raw cashew (soaked for at least 4 hours)
- 1 carrot (cooked through and chopped)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast (or more!)
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp hot sauce/sriracha
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- pinch of chilli flakes (if you like it hot ?)
