Yummy Vegan Mexico Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water (more to your desired consistency)
  • 1 cup raw cashew (soaked for at least 4 hours)
  • 1 carrot (cooked through and chopped)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast (or more!)
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce/sriracha
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • pinch of chilli flakes (if you like it hot ?)
