Avocado Toast and Egg Omelette Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of Ezekiel toast
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Preparation
Toast the Ezekiel bread until golden brown
Slice or mash half the avocado and spread it on the toasted bread
Beat the 3 eggs and 1 egg white together, cook in a heated pan to form an omelette, and mix in the remaining avocado
Serve the avocado toast and omelette with half a cup of raspberries
