Avocado Toast and Egg Omelette Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Ezekiel toast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Preparation

  1. Toast the Ezekiel bread until golden brown

  2. Slice or mash half the avocado and spread it on the toasted bread

  3. Beat the 3 eggs and 1 egg white together, cook in a heated pan to form an omelette, and mix in the remaining avocado

  4. Serve the avocado toast and omelette with half a cup of raspberries
