Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 3/4 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup of almond meal
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup of mango-pineapple-habanero sauce or any other hot sauce

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl combine almond meal, water, salt, garlic powder, and paprika

  2. Dip cauliflower in batter until evenly coated and lay on nonstick baking pan

  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F

  4. Flip over and bake for another 5 minutes

  5. Combine coconut butter and habanero sauce

  6. Once cauliflowers are done, coat evenly in the coconut butter-hot sauce mixture

  7. Put back in the oven for 8-10 minutes

  8. Once finished, allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy with garden goddess dressing
