Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
- 3/4 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup of almond meal
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of coconut butter
- 1/2 cup of mango-pineapple-habanero sauce or any other hot sauce
Preparation
In a small bowl combine almond meal, water, salt, garlic powder, and paprika
Dip cauliflower in batter until evenly coated and lay on nonstick baking pan
Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F
Flip over and bake for another 5 minutes
Combine coconut butter and habanero sauce
Once cauliflowers are done, coat evenly in the coconut butter-hot sauce mixture
Put back in the oven for 8-10 minutes
Once finished, allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy with garden goddess dressing
