Apple Cinnamon Raisin Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 apple (chopped finely)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Pour the granola onto a sheet pan and spread out evenly

  3. Bake for 20 minutes, then take it out of the oven and move it around with a spatula. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, then let cool. Enjoy
