Apple Cinnamon Raisin Granola
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 apple (chopped finely)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F
In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Pour the granola onto a sheet pan and spread out evenly
Bake for 20 minutes, then take it out of the oven and move it around with a spatula. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, then let cool. Enjoy
