Chocolate Granola Fudge Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hulled tahini
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 30-40g granola
  • 80-100g melted vegan chocolate
  • 30g melted vegan white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix tahini, maple, salt and coconut oil together until smooth and combined then pour into a container or tin

  2. Sprinkle with granola, so it just covers the fudge layer

  3. Place in the freezer to set for an hour

  4. Spread melted chocolate on top, freeze for 30 minutes

  5. Take out and drizzle white chocolate on top

  6. Freeze for 30 minutes

  7. Take out and cut into 12 pieces then enjoy

Tips

  1. Best kept frozen and can be eaten straight out of the freezer
