Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia or ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 mashed ripe banana
Preparation
Mix ingredients except banana in container and set overnight in fridge. Stir in mashed banana prior to serving and adjust spices as needed
