Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia or ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed ripe banana

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients except banana in container and set overnight in fridge. Stir in mashed banana prior to serving and adjust spices as needed
