Green Smoothie Recipe Time
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- handful spinach and kale
- 2 tbsp @twochicksproducts
- 30g cucumber and avocado
- tsp spirulina or greens powder
- 1 scoop of @idealfituk matcha whey protein
- squeeze of lime
- handful ice cubes (key for the creamy texture)
- 50ml almond milk
