Green Smoothie Recipe Time

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful spinach and kale
  • 2 tbsp @twochicksproducts
  • 30g cucumber and avocado
  • tsp spirulina or greens powder
  • 1 scoop of @idealfituk matcha whey protein
  • squeeze of lime
  • handful ice cubes (key for the creamy texture)
  • 50ml almond milk

Preparation
