Green Smoothie with Banana and Kale

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful spinach and kale
  • 2 Tbsp @twochicksproducts
  • 30g cucumber and avocado
  • Tsp spirulina or greens powder
  • 1 scoop of @idealfituk matcha whey protein
  • Squeeze of lime
  • Handful ice cubes
  • 50ml almond milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Top with whichever toppings you fancy.
