Green Smoothie with Banana and Kale
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- Handful spinach and kale
- 2 Tbsp @twochicksproducts
- 30g cucumber and avocado
- Tsp spirulina or greens powder
- 1 scoop of @idealfituk matcha whey protein
- Squeeze of lime
- Handful ice cubes
- 50ml almond milk
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Top with whichever toppings you fancy.
