Homemade Savory Vegan Tofu Scramble
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Onion
- Mushrooms
- Garlic
- 1-2 servings tofu
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon plant milk
- Toast for serving
Preparation
Sauté broccoli, onion and mushrooms with some garlic until soft and onions are translucent.
Crumble 1-2 servings of tofu in your pan and stir/cook for 3 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1/4 teaspoon salt; stir and cook together for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of plant milk and stir/cook for 2 minutes.
Pile the mixture on toast and enjoy!
