1️⃣Sauté broccoli, onion and mushrooms with some garlic until soft and onions are translucent
2️⃣Crumble 1-2 servings of tofu in your pan (I did not drain my tofu beforehand); Stir/cook for 3 minutes
3️⃣Add 1T nutritional yeast (for cheesiness), 1/4tsp of turmeric (for egg like color), 1/2tsp paprika and 1/4tsp of salt; stir/cook together for 5 minutes
4️⃣Add 1T of plant milk (I used cashew) and stir/cook for 2 minutes (this makes it a bit softer like an eggy texture)
