Baked Blueberry Oatmeal with Nuts and Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • coconut sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 2 tablespoons sultanas
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon flaxmeal (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Pre-soak the rolled oats in hot water for 10 minutes.

  2. Combine all ingredients gently in a mixing bowl, adding blueberries last.

  3. Bake in a preheated 190°C oven for 30 minutes or until done.
