Baked Blueberry Oatmeal with Nuts and Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- coconut sugar
- cinnamon
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 2 tablespoons sultanas
- splash of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon flaxmeal (optional)
- 2 tablespoons plant milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Preparation
Pre-soak the rolled oats in hot water for 10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients gently in a mixing bowl, adding blueberries last.
Bake in a preheated 190°C oven for 30 minutes or until done.
