Ripe Banana Patties with Spices and Almond Flour

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas or plantains
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup almond flour for breading
  • Oil of choice for cooking

Preparation

  1. Peel bananas, mash and place in bowl

  2. Add all ingredients except almond flour and oil, and mix well

  3. Flatten the mixture into patties

  4. Cover the patties in almond flour, place on an oiled pan, and cook both sides evenly
