Banana Patties

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp of cayenne (more or less if you want)
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp of tahini
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • salt and pepper to taste ?1/2 cup of almond flour (for breading purposes)

Preparation

  1. Peel bananas, mash and place in bowl ? add all ingredients (mix well) minus almond flour and oil

  2. Flatten into patties ✨ cover in almond flour and place on oiled pan and cook both sides evenly
