Blackberry and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic blackberries
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1/3 cup rice or oat milk
- optional scoop of vegan vanilla protein
