Blueberry&white Chocolate Pannacotta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate
  • 2 tsp agar agar powder
  • for jello
  • 1/2 cup blue berries
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp agar agar

Preparation

  1. Add berries, water and sugar to small saucepan,bring to boil

  2. Strain through a strainer

  3. Don’t mesh the berries yet, we will do it to color panna cotta

  4. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of milk and 2 tsp agar agar powder to a medium saucepan

  5. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and then let it simmer for 2 minutes, take out from the heat and add chocolates, mixed well until melted

  6. Time to mesh the berries, strain through a very fine meshed strainer

  7. Discard seeds

  8. That will give nice purple color to our panna cotta

  9. Let it cool at room temperature while making jello

  10. Bring back the water to the saucepan and add 2tsp agar agar powder and blend

  11. Let it boil and then simmer for 2 minutes, until agar and blend are completely dissolved, stir it constantly

  12. Divide the panna cotta mixture among 6 moulds (i used 4 tbsp for one of them) let it cool at fridge half hours

  13. Then add 1 tbsp jello top of them, let it cool again in the fridge at least 3 hours

  14. Unmold and carefully invert onto a serving plate

  15. Garnish with fruits and white chocolate chip, enjoy ?
