C H I C K E N Parm
Ingredients
- 4 chicken cutlets {or 2 chicken breasts sliced}
- 2 eggs whisked
- 3 tbsp arrowroot flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 cup your fav pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400
Pat dry chicken & season well with salt, pepper & gently toss in arrowroot flour
Combine almond flour + parm + seasoning
Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into almond flour mixture
Place on a greased baking sheet & spray with cooking spray
Cook for 12 mins, flip & cook another 12 mins
Top with sauce & cheese
Broil for a few mins until cheese has melted
