C H I C K E N Parm

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken cutlets {or 2 chicken breasts sliced}
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 3 tbsp arrowroot flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 cup your fav pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Pat dry chicken & season well with salt, pepper & gently toss in arrowroot flour

  3. Combine almond flour + parm + seasoning

  4. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into almond flour mixture

  5. Place on a greased baking sheet & spray with cooking spray

  6. Cook for 12 mins, flip & cook another 12 mins

  7. Top with sauce & cheese

  8. Broil for a few mins until cheese has melted
