Choc Chip Cinnamon Swirl Cookie Dough Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 1 heaped tbsp flaxmeal
- 1 heaped tbsp ground buckwheat
- 1/2 ripe mashed banana
- 1 tsp nut butter (walnut works well)
- 2 tsp stevia
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup water (or 3/4 cup almond milk)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together in a pot.
Keep stirring on medium heat until cooked through and gluggy, about 3-5 minutes.
Swirl through 2 tsp cinnamon.
Place porridge into a bowl.
Stir through some extra cacao nibs.
Sprinkle with any low FODMAP sweetener of choice, such as pure maple syrup, extra mashed banana, or rice malt syrup.
