Chocolate Banana Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2/3 rice milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325

  2. In bowl, combine 2 cups gluten free flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup cacao powder

  3. Then, mix in 1/2 cup melted coconut oil, 2/3 cup maple syrup, 2/3 rice milk, 1 tbsp vanilla extract until smooth

  4. Fold in 2 mashed bananas and about a half cup of diced strawberries

  5. Pour into greased pan, top with sliced strawberries and bake for 35-40 mins

  6. Let sit in pan for 20 mins and drizzle with chocolate
