Creamy Coconut Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- porridge oats
- chia seeds
- flax seeds
- hemp seeds
- raisins
- cacao nibs
- maca powder
- protein powder
- coconut cream
- water
- mango
- strawberries
- smooth almond butter
Preparation
In a bowl, add porridge oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, raisins, cacao nibs, maca powder, and protein powder. Mix well.
Add a tbsp of coconut cream from a can and water to about 1 inch over the top of the oats. Mix well and leave in the fridge until set.
Add your toppings: mango, strawberries, and smooth almond butter.
Tips
For a thicker consistency, add less water or milk. For a more liquid consistency, add more water or milk.
This recipe is great for making a big batch to have throughout the week.
