Creamy Coconut Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • porridge oats
  • chia seeds
  • flax seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • raisins
  • cacao nibs
  • maca powder
  • protein powder
  • coconut cream
  • water
  • mango
  • strawberries
  • smooth almond butter

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add porridge oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, raisins, cacao nibs, maca powder, and protein powder. Mix well.

  2. Add a tbsp of coconut cream from a can and water to about 1 inch over the top of the oats. Mix well and leave in the fridge until set.

  3. Add your toppings: mango, strawberries, and smooth almond butter.

Tips

  1. For a thicker consistency, add less water or milk. For a more liquid consistency, add more water or milk.

  2. This recipe is great for making a big batch to have throughout the week.
