Creamy Non-Dairy Fruit Dip


  • soak 1/2 cup raw cashews in 1/2 cup hot water for 30 minutes. Drain cashews and puree in blender with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. Serve with freshly sliced fruit such as apples or pears. Also yummy drizzled over oatmeal or pancakes
