Cut Da Carb Cinnamon Baked Chips with Cannoli
Ingredients
- deatz~
- 100 grams face plain yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
- 2 tb whipped cream cheese (i love the texture of it)
- 5 grams sf cheesecake pudding mix (sweetens & thickens it)
- 1/2 tsp @swervesweetie confectioners sugar (i don’t track it)
- 10 grams @lilys_sweets chocolate baking chips (my fav brand)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients minus the chocolate chips & refrigerate for 1-2 hours to thicken like “frosting”! Swipe to see >>
Then mix in the chocolate chips!
NEXTTT UP making those cinnamon “chips”! Did I mention for all its only 14 grams of carbs?! YESSSS!!!
Option is to, bake them in the oven at 350 for 8 minutes! Cut them up into squares, spray with coconut oil spray & season with cinnamon sugar.
I made my own with an old spice jar & mixed half Ceylon cinnamon and half stevia!!
Nd option is to cut long pieces, 6 total… rolled up like hot dog style!
Air fried with a spray of coconut oil to hold together, my cinnamon sugar seasoning @ 350 for 6 ish minutes!
