Easy 5-Minute Whipped Ricotta Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Place the ricotta in a food processor and purée for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Place the whipped ricotta in a serving bowl or spread on a plate.
In a separate bowl, stir together the parsley, lemon zest, olive oil, and honey.
Pour the herb and honey mixture on top of the whipped ricotta.
Top with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with grilled baguette slices, crackers, or vegetables.
