Easy Turkish Yufka Dough

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 6 cups water
  • 10 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 500g gluten-free flour

Preparation

  1. Place water in a pot and bring to a boil on the stove.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, vegetable oil, and salt, then add flour and stir until mixed; blend if lumps form.

  3. Ladle the batter onto a hot pan placed over the boiling pot and spread quickly with a brush.

  4. Cook until the edges dry, then lift the yufka with your hands.
