Easy Turkish Yufka Dough
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 6 cups water
- 10 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 500g gluten-free flour
Preparation
Place water in a pot and bring to a boil on the stove.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, vegetable oil, and salt, then add flour and stir until mixed; blend if lumps form.
Ladle the batter onto a hot pan placed over the boiling pot and spread quickly with a brush.
Cook until the edges dry, then lift the yufka with your hands.
