Fav Breakfasts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c @addjoi almond milk
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp @kosnaturals blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp @sunfood hemp seeds
  • handful of fresh mint
  • 1 frozen banana

Preparation

  1. Place bowl in freezer so its nice and chilled

  2. Add all ingredients for smoothie to a @vitamix, high speed blender, or food processor

  3. Puree until smooth - add a little more liquid if needed

  4. Transfer to chilled bowl and top with toppings
