Fav Breakfasts
Ingredients
- 1/2 c @addjoi almond milk
- 1/2 - 1 tsp @kosnaturals blue spirulina powder
- 1 tsp @sunfood hemp seeds
- handful of fresh mint
- 1 frozen banana
Preparation
Place bowl in freezer so its nice and chilled
Add all ingredients for smoothie to a @vitamix, high speed blender, or food processor
Puree until smooth - add a little more liquid if needed
Transfer to chilled bowl and top with toppings
