Five Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough Recipes

Ingredients

HEALTHY BREAKFAST COOKIE DOUGH

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (from a carton, not a tin)
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

HEALTHY PB COOKIE DOUGH FUDGE

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • Toppings of your choice

VEGAN COOKIE DOUGH

  • All ingredients but chocolate chips

MUG CAKE

  • Creamy natural peanut butter
  • Dark vegan chocolate chips
  • Whole wheat flour
  • Almond milk
  • Maple syrup
  • Baking powder

HIGH PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH BARS

  • Almond flour
  • Pea protein
  • Cashew butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Plant milk
  • Coconut oil
  • Vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation

HEALTHY BREAKFAST COOKIE DOUGH

  1. Blend oat flour, coconut milk, dates, and vanilla.

  2. Stir in chocolate chips.

HEALTHY PB COOKIE DOUGH FUDGE

  1. Heat maple syrup, mix with peanut butter.

  2. Add oat flour, mix, then chill.

  3. Press into a lined loaf pan, cut into pieces, and freeze.

VEGAN COOKIE DOUGH

  1. Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips).

  2. Mix in chocolate chips.

MUG CAKE

  1. Mix peanut butter, chocolate chips, flour, almond milk, maple syrup, and baking powder in a mug.

  2. Microwave for 1 minute.

HIGH PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH BARS

  1. Mix almond flour and pea protein.

  2. Mix cashew butter, maple syrup, plant milk, coconut oil, and vanilla.

  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Spread in a bread pan and refrigerate before cutting into bars.
