Fully Raw Sushi Burrito with Spicy Ginger Sauce
Ingredients
- for sauce
- 1/8 tsp of dried habanero pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp of minced ginger
- 2 tsp of maple syrup
- 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- for cauliflower rice
- 2 cup of cauliflower rice
- 2 tbs of tahini
- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- pink himalayan salt to taste
- for filling
- 4 nori sheets
- baby spinach
- sunflower sprouts
- julienne peeled cucumber
- julienne peeled carrots
- sliced purple cabbage
Preparation
In a pestle and mortar add all ingredients for sauce grind down until sauce forms and set aside
In a large bowl combine all ingredients for cauliflower rice
Stir until all components are well combined
Place nori sheet on bamboo mat, lay rice on one side and top with veggies
Tuck and roll as tightly as possible
Squeeze in bamboo mat and press for extra tightness
Slice in half and serve
