Gluten-Free Tahini M&M Brownies
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup mini m&ms or mini chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9-inch pan.
Melt the coconut oil, tahini, and sugar in a bowl, using a microwave if desired, and stir occasionally.
Add in the eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
Then add in the flour and baking powder, followed by the M&Ms or chocolate chips.
Bake for about 35 minutes, checking after 30 minutes as ovens vary.
Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
