Gluten-Free Tahini M&M Brownies

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup mini m&ms or mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9-inch pan.

  2. Melt the coconut oil, tahini, and sugar in a bowl, using a microwave if desired, and stir occasionally.

  3. Add in the eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.

  4. Then add in the flour and baking powder, followed by the M&Ms or chocolate chips.

  5. Bake for about 35 minutes, checking after 30 minutes as ovens vary.

  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
