Green Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 T chia seeds
- 1 huge handful mache greens
- 1 huge handful baby kale
- third ripe banana (not frozen)
Preparation
I made these bowls for the kids with 1 cup almond milk, 2 frozen bananas, 2 T chia seeds, 1 huge handful mache greens, 1 huge handful baby kale, and a third ripe banana (not frozen).
Somehow that third room temp me rather banana warms the smoothie up just enough for them to enjoy.
