Green Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 1 huge handful mache greens
  • 1 huge handful baby kale
  • third ripe banana (not frozen)

Preparation

  1. I made these bowls for the kids with 1 cup almond milk, 2 frozen bananas, 2 T chia seeds, 1 huge handful mache greens, 1 huge handful baby kale, and a third ripe banana (not frozen).

  2. Somehow that third room temp me rather banana warms the smoothie up just enough for them to enjoy.
