Healthy Preworkout Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 45g buckwheat pancake flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 20g vegan chocolate bliss protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
Toppings
- raspberries
- vanilla espresso almond butter
- cacao nibs
- sugarfree pancake syrup
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients to form the batter
Let the batter sit in the refrigerator for 2-5 minutes.
Cook the batter on a hot griddle or pan until pancakes are golden brown on both sides
