Healthy Preworkout Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 45g buckwheat pancake flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 20g vegan chocolate bliss protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Toppings

  • raspberries
  • vanilla espresso almond butter
  • cacao nibs
  • sugarfree pancake syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients to form the batter

  2. Let the batter sit in the refrigerator for 2-5 minutes.

  3. Cook the batter on a hot griddle or pan until pancakes are golden brown on both sides
