Jacket Potatoes topped with prawns and tuna in a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp soft cheese
  • 200g prawns, defrosted
  • 1 tin tuna in spring water, drained
  • 3 tbsp sweetcorn

Preparation

  1. Mix it all together! I served mine with roasts veggies and lettuce from the garden
