Jacket Potatoes topped with prawns and tuna in a creamy dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp soft cheese
- 200g prawns, defrosted
- 1 tin tuna in spring water, drained
- 3 tbsp sweetcorn
Preparation
Mix it all together! I served mine with roasts veggies and lettuce from the garden
