Mango Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2/3 mango
- 2 tbsp raw cashews
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp dates
- 1 scoop Vega Tropical Tango protein smoothie
- 1 cup Oatly oat milk
- 2 cups ice
Preparation
Blend everything together except the ice, then add ice and blend again
But remember that after you have procrastinated and avoided doing what you need to you will still need to actually do it. At least I feel satisfied now so I'm off with three kids to empty the last things out of our old house
