Homemade Mini Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 c peanut butter
  • 1/4 c almond milk
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 flax egg
  • 100 g almond meal
  • 40 g natural protein (I used hemp)
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 2 t cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mash the bananas, then mix in the wet ingredients. Fold in the dry ingredients and divide the mixture among the loaf pan.

  2. Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes.
