Mini Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 bananas⠀
- 1/4 c peanut butter⠀
- 1/4 c almond milk⠀
- 1 t apple cider vinegar⠀
- 1 flax egg ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
- 100 g almond meal⠀
- 40 g natural protein (i used hemp)⠀
- 2 t baking soda⠀
- 2 t cinnamon⠀
Preparation
Mash the bananas, then mix in wet ingredients
Fold in the dry + divide among loaf pan
Bake at 180c for ~25 mins
So simple yet so so good! ✨ perfect for a quick breakfast
