Homemade Mini Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c almond milk
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 flax egg
- 100 g almond meal
- 40 g natural protein (I used hemp)
- 2 t baking soda
- 2 t cinnamon
Preparation
Mash the bananas, then mix in the wet ingredients. Fold in the dry ingredients and divide the mixture among the loaf pan.
Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes.
