Ingredients

  • 2 bananas⁠⠀
  • 1/4 c peanut butter⁠⠀
  • 1/4 c almond milk⁠⠀
  • 1 t apple cider vinegar⁠⠀
  • 1 flax egg ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⁠⠀
  • 100 g almond meal⁠⠀
  • 40 g natural protein (i used hemp)⁠⠀
  • 2 t baking soda⁠⠀
  • 2 t cinnamon⁠⠀

How to steps

  1. Mash the bananas, then mix in wet ingredients

  2. Fold in the dry + divide among loaf pan

  3. Bake at 180c for ~25 mins

  4. So simple yet so so good! ✨ perfect for a quick breakfast
