Nutrient-Packed Flourless Fruit Bread
Ingredients
- 300 g dried fruits (raisins, dates, plums, apricots)
- 250 ml warm water
- 100 g nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts)
- 50 g seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseed)
- 300 g almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Optional: protein powder, honey
Preparation
Cut dried fruits into pieces, pour warm water over them, and let soak for 20 minutes.
Finely chop the nuts.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a dough.
Place the dough into a greased bread pan.
Bake at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
