Nutrient-Packed Flourless Fruit Bread

Ingredients

  • 300 g dried fruits (raisins, dates, plums, apricots)
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 100 g nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts)
  • 50 g seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseed)
  • 300 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: protein powder, honey

Preparation

  1. Cut dried fruits into pieces, pour warm water over them, and let soak for 20 minutes.

  2. Finely chop the nuts.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a dough.

  4. Place the dough into a greased bread pan.

  5. Bake at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
