Oat Free Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1/2c riced cauliflower
- 1t ground flaxseeds
- 2t coconut flour
- 2/3c almond milk
- 3t pb powder
- 1serving of liquid monk fruit sweetener drops
Preparation
Mash the banana in the bottom of the oatmeal pan then add the rest of your ingredients (minus the protein powder) and bring to a boil
Stir in the protein last on low heat
