Peanut Butter Bliss Ball
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter, extra for rolling (*or finely ground almonds for paleo version)
- Sea salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a good processor and process until a ball forms
Then roll into teaspoon sized balls
You can leave these as is, or roll them in extra powdered peanut butter and a pinch of sea salt
Your choice!! ✨Note: I've made these a few times now, and I've noticed that if my dates are extra moist, I need up to 2 T more coconut flour to get the perfect bliss ball consistency
Just be careful and add coconut flour in small amounts because it absorbs lots of moisture! ✨ I'd like to bring a few dozen of these bliss balls to @nutsandblueberries
