Peanut Butter Bliss Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter, extra for rolling (*or finely ground almonds for paleo version)
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a good processor and process until a ball forms

  2. Then roll into teaspoon sized balls

  3. You can leave these as is, or roll them in extra powdered peanut butter and a pinch of sea salt

  4. Your choice!! ✨Note: I've made these a few times now, and I've noticed that if my dates are extra moist, I need up to 2 T more coconut flour to get the perfect bliss ball consistency

  5. Just be careful and add coconut flour in small amounts because it absorbs lots of moisture! ✨ I'd like to bring a few dozen of these bliss balls to @nutsandblueberries
