Ingredients

  • 45g buckwheat pancake flour
  • 2 egg whites,
  • 1/2c cashew milk,
  • 20g vegan chocolate bliss protein powder,
  • 1/2tsp baking powder,
  • a pinch of salt (adding a small amount of salt to your batter will help activate the baking powder!)
  • raspberries
  • vanilla espresso almond butter,
  • cacao nibs
  • sugarfree pancake syrup!
