Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 45g buckwheat pancake flour
- 2 egg whites,
- 1/2c cashew milk,
- 20g vegan chocolate bliss protein powder,
- 1/2tsp baking powder,
- a pinch of salt (adding a small amount of salt to your batter will help activate the baking powder!)
- raspberries
- vanilla espresso almond butter,
- cacao nibs
- sugarfree pancake syrup!
