Raw Cauliflower Hummus


  • 1/2 cup onion (sweet onion or yellow onion), chopped
  • 1/3 cup of cashews (soaked for at least 1 hr ahead of time - water drained)
  • 1/4 cup organic sesame tahini
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin ✨Optional ADD ins
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt ?1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper ?1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper


  1. Add the ingredients to food processor - process until smooth (@Vitamix creates a creamy texture that most food processors won't get - so add more water and check the consistency - you don't want it too runny though) - stop several times to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula

  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to chill
