Raw Vegan Nut Meat for Tacos and Salads
Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup mushrooms (Bella's work great but use what you like)
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 1 tablespoon nama shoyu or tamari (gluten free)
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon chipotle powder or cayenne (use more if preferred)
Preparation
Place ingredients in food processor and pulse until coarse and chunky.
Do not over blend to avoid it becoming a spread or pate-like consistency.
Use on tacos, salads, or wraps.
