Raw Pesto Kelp Noodles


  • 3/4 package organic kelp noodles (soak in warm water for a minute or so and pat dry)
  • 3/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp Rawmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup Pine Nuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pinch of black pepper


  1. Combine rawmesan cheese in blender and pour on kelp noodles

  2. Optional: We like to increase volume by adding it to our kale salad with sprinkles of crunched up
