Healthy Red and Orange Smoothie Bowl Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Raspberries
  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Handful of spinach
  • Kale
  • Kiwifruit
  • Almond milk
  • Mangoes
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 small pieces of ginger
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut water
  • Granola

Preparation

  1. Soak chia seeds overnight in coconut water.

  2. Blend raspberries, banana, blueberries, spinach, kale, and kiwifruit with almond milk to make the red combo.

  3. Blend raspberries, banana, mangoes, 1 teaspoon turmeric, and 2 small pieces of ginger with almond milk to make the orange combo.

  4. Layer the smoothie mixtures with the soaked chia seeds.

  5. Top the layered smoothie with granola.
