- Red combo is raspberries

- blueberries handful spinach
- kale kiwifruit mixed with almondmilk ?Orange combo is raspberries
- banana
- mangoes
- 1 tsp turmeric 2 tiny piece of ginger mixed with almondmilk ?layered it with Chiaseeds soaked overnight in coconutwater ?Topped with my favorite granola as this always keeps me full till my mid lunch
