Some Delicious Choc Chip Cinnamon Swirl Cookie Dough Porridge


  • To create you'll need: 1/4 cup quinoa flakes (purchase from any health or bulk food shop like ), 1 heaped tbsp flaxmeal + 1 heaped tbsp ground buckwheat, 1/2 ripe mashed banana, 1tsp nut butter (walnut works well), 2 tsp stevia, 1tsp cacao nibs, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup water (or 3/4 cup almond milk)


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a pot. Keep stirring on medium heat until cooked through & gluggy (3-5mins) Swirl through 2tsp cinnamon. Place porridge into a bowl, stir through some extra cacao nibs and sprinkle with any low FODMAP sweetener of choice (pure maple syrup, extra mashed banana, rice malt syrup) Enjoy my lovelies
