Strawberry Fields Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups greens (such as baby kale, baby spinach, Arugula) - make sure to use organic
  • 5 Strawberries Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts (I toasted mine lightly)
  • 1/2 Cup Basil Leaves roughly chopped
  • 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar (FODMAP friendly serving)
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all the salad ingredients in a mixing bowl

  2. Toss with olive oil and balsamic

  3. Add salt and pepper (if tolerated to test)
