Strawberry Fields Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Cups greens (such as baby kale, baby spinach, Arugula) - make sure to use organic
- 5 Strawberries Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts (I toasted mine lightly)
- 1/2 Cup Basil Leaves roughly chopped
- 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar (FODMAP friendly serving)
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Combine all the salad ingredients in a mixing bowl
Toss with olive oil and balsamic
Add salt and pepper (if tolerated to test)
