Vegan Easter Cornflake Chocolate Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa butter
- 4 tbsp maple / agave syrup
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 3 bowl fulls of cornflakes (roughly)
Preparation
Add the ingredients (bar the cornflakes) to a medium heat pan, melt everything down, to a big bowl add the cornflakes & melted chocolate . Mix together, place into cupcake liners. Freeze for 30 mins, get stuck in
