Vegan Fudge with Crunchy Buckwheat Groats

Ingredients

  • 1. Melt 1/3 c coconut oil
  • 2. Stir together melted coconut oil with 2/3 c sunflower seed butter, 1 tbsp + 1 tsp cacao powder, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon + Lucuma powder, 1 tsp Maca powder and 1-2 drops liquid stevia (optional) until smooth
  • 3. In a glass dish (I used a 6x4 inch), line baking paper
  • 4. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish. Sprinkle with buckwheat grouts/sunflower seeds on top
  • 5. Place the dish in the freezer for 30 min to firm up. Remove and cut into squares
  • 6. Enjoy and keep leftovers in the freezer
