Cherry Crepes with Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Ingredients
- 120g plain flour (or gluten-free)
- 1 tsp ground chia or flax seeds
- 350ml milk
- 1/2 cup cherries (frozen)
- 1 tsp red food colouring (optional)
- Dark chocolate hazelnut spread
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend until you have a smooth liquid.
Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little oil on medium heat and pour in some of the batter.
Tilt the pan to spread the batter into a thin layer covering the base.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
Fill with chocolate spread and fruit such as cherries, strawberries, or leave plain.
