Green Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 tsp barley grass powder

- 1 tsp LSA powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 250 ml coconut water

- 1 tsp manuka honey

Garnish

Preparation
Soak 1 tsp chia seeds overnight in 250 ml coconut water.
Blend spinach, kale, kiwifruit, 1 tsp spirulina, 1 tsp barley grass powder, bananas, and medjool dates to create the green smoothie base.
Mix raspberries, mangoes, bananas, and 1 tsp manuka honey to prepare the red combo.
Assemble the smoothie in a bowl, adding the red combo for appearance.
Garnish with kiwifruit, persimmons, blueberries, and a sprinkle of spirulina on top.
