Green Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • spinach
  • kale
  • kiwifruit
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • bananas
  • medjool dates
  • 1 tsp LSA powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 250 ml coconut water
  • raspberries
  • mangoes
  • 1 tsp manuka honey
  • persimmons
  • blueberries

Garnish

  • kiwifruit
  • persimmons
  • blueberries
  • spirulina

Preparation

  1. Soak 1 tsp chia seeds overnight in 250 ml coconut water.

  2. Blend spinach, kale, kiwifruit, 1 tsp spirulina, 1 tsp barley grass powder, bananas, and medjool dates to create the green smoothie base.

  3. Mix raspberries, mangoes, bananas, and 1 tsp manuka honey to prepare the red combo.

  4. Assemble the smoothie in a bowl, adding the red combo for appearance.

  5. Garnish with kiwifruit, persimmons, blueberries, and a sprinkle of spirulina on top.
