Ricotta and Kale Cheesy Wraps
Ingredients
- 100 grams firm ricotta (or dairy-free cream cheese for a vegan option)
- 2 cups steamed kale
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (or dairy-free cheese for a vegan option)
- 3 whole-meal wraps
Preparation
In a food processor, combine the ricotta/cream cheese, steamed kale, garlic, lemon juice, and avocado oil. Pulse until creamy and smooth.
Spread about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto each wrap.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
Roll up the wraps tightly.
Place the wraps on a grill and cook for a couple of minutes until they become crispy and brown on the outside.
Slice the wraps, serve, and enjoy!
