  • Ripe avocados, mashed
  • Sauteed mushrooms

Mashed Avocado + Seasoned Chickpeas

  • Ripe avocados, mashed
  • Canned chickpeas, seasoned with chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin
  • Olive oil (for sautéing chickpeas)
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Cream Cheese Tomato + Drizzled Balsamic Vinegar + Fresh Basil

  1. Spread vegan cream cheese on toasted bread.

  2. Layer sliced tomatoes on top of the cream cheese.

  3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes.

  4. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves (or dried basil/oregano) on top.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mashed Avocado + Sauteed Mushrooms + Thyme

  1. Mash ripe avocados and spread onto toasted bread.

  2. Top with sauteed mushrooms.
