- Ripe avocados, mashed
- Sauteed mushrooms

- Ripe avocados, mashed
- Canned chickpeas, seasoned with chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin
- Olive oil (for sautéing chickpeas)

Preparation
Cream Cheese Tomato + Drizzled Balsamic Vinegar + Fresh Basil
Spread vegan cream cheese on toasted bread.
Layer sliced tomatoes on top of the cream cheese.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes.
Sprinkle fresh basil leaves (or dried basil/oregano) on top.
