Za’atar Paratha

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs olive oil, or vegetable oil
  • 1 c warm water
  • 112g softened (not melted) butter or ghee
  • za’atar mix
  • to make the dough:
  • in a mixing bowl, mix flour & salt until combined. add oil and rub evenly into flour, about 5 mins.
