Za’atar Paratha
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbs olive oil, or vegetable oil
- 1 c warm water
- 112g softened (not melted) butter or ghee
- za’atar mix
- to make the dough:
- in a mixing bowl, mix flour & salt until combined. add oil and rub evenly into flour, about 5 mins.
