Blueberry Lemon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1. Cook up half a cup of steel cut oats and half a cup of whole grain oats with 2 cups of water as directed
  • 2. While oats are still cooking, squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon and add a 1/4 tsp of vanilla bean powder
  • 3. Once the oats are done but still hot, mix in 3/4 cup of frozen wild blueberries until the oatmeal is purple and the berries are evenly dispersed
  • 4. Add maple syrup to your liking. This can serve either one very hungry person or two normal people
